Kitan Hibiki is located in Hozenji Yokocho, a picturesque cobblestone alleyway in the Namba, Osaka. The owner, who is an expert on Wagyu, handselects his cuts of Wagyu from various famous Wagyu brands from throughout Japan. The Wagyu is then carefully aged in a unique aging room and then grilled over charcoal and firewood at over 400 degrees celcius. The Kitan Hibiki is a modern Japanese-style space, with the first floor consisting of counter seats where you can enjoy the grilling experience, and the second floor with seats surrounding a traditional Japanese sunken hearth fired with charcoal!
