All-you-can-eat sushi carefully prepared one by one. Seasonal items are also available depending on the day's supply. The rice vinegar rice is mildly acidic, making it easy for foreign diners to enjoy.

The tempura, served hot and freshly fried right away, is as authentic in quality as that of a specialty restaurant. The oil is always kept clean, so the batter is light.
