It features glutinous homemade noodles. There are two types of soup: salt and soysauce. The wheat used for the noodles isan original blend, and the chicken broth and chicken oil bring out the flavor.
The photo shows Osaka Spcial, 1,700 yen. The base is chicken soy sauce. It is topped with “Aburakasu,” a traditional Osaka specialty, and is full of Osaka flavor.
Chicken Shio-don: 220 yen (only for those who ordered ramen)
The 22 seating areas are spaced widely so that diners can enjoy their meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
