Aquarium “átoa” where creatures and art coexist. Meet artistic creatures in a world where aquarium, sound and light are fused together.
The photo shows the “Planets”, one of the largest spherical water tanks in Japan, on the third floor. It's a zone inspired by the worlds of space and the deep sea, wrapped in a veil of light woven by fog and lasers.

  The scenery of Japan's four seasons is expressed with a lot of emotion. Fish from Japan swim under a huge, sakazuki-shaped goldfish tank and glass floor.

  Excitement for the unusual! Feeding Experience

  At átoa, you can experience feeding elephant turtles and pirarucu. Enjoy this valuable experience. Accepted on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. May be cancelled due to the physical condition of the animals on display.
  
  【Turtle Feeding Experience】
  Experience feeding komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and lettuce to the Aldabra giant tortoises that live in átoa. You can touch the turtles' shells when you participate in this experience. Watch how they eat and breathe.
  ●Target: 3 years old and up *Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 years old and up).
  ●Time／From 10:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  ●Fee: ¥700 (tax included)/person

  The garden café stand átoa cafe on the 4th floor offers food and drinks that are not only tasty but also visually appealing. It is also happy to offer everything from light meals to sweets.
  
  The photo shows a hand-painted otter bun for 660 yen. Note the otter's tongue sticking out and crying face. The inside is chocolate cream flavor.

  The photo shows the Polka Dot Stingray Drawstring Cloth Cloth for sale at the MUSEUM SHOP on the 1st floor for 1,650 yen. The soft and fluffy material feels great against the skin and is just the right size for storing snacks and small items.
