You can eat nostalgic Japanese ramen

A restaurant that is popular for its orthodox ramen. The popular "Shinmachi Ramen" uses chicken bone and soy sauce soup. It's a simple ramen with domestic pork chow and bamboo shoots.
The photo shows Shinmachi Ramen, a soy sauce-based soup with fatty back fat floating in it, for 750 yen. The chopped chashu (pork) donburi (bowl of rice topped with chopped chashu), a specialty of the restaurant, is also popular at 550 yen.

  Special miso ramen noodles (chirimen) with the mellow flavor of rich miso is 1,100 yen. The soup is thicker than soy sauce and goes well with the noodles.

  Heisei Ramen 1,100 yen is spicy ramen noodles with a special spicy miso sauce dissolved in it. The noodles are chigurei, and the texture of the white onion and shelled daikon radish accentuate the spiciness. Once you try it, you will become addicted to the spiciness.

  If your timing is good, you may be greeted by Luna, the signboard dog. Pets are allowed at night.
