KATSUSHIKA’s pork cutlet dishes and cutlet sandwiches are made from safe, secure, high-quality “Hoju Pork” raised in Minami-Shimabara, Nagasaki. It is characterized by its fatty meat that does not have a porky smell and is easy on the palate. We are also proud of the Nagasaki Kakuni Katsu, which is made with homemade Kakuni, and the beef Katsu, which is cooked to an exquisite rare level.
