A popular, long-established Nagasaki noodle shop founded on October 3, 1963, “Nagasaki kunchi niwamise day”. Champon and Sara Udon are made with oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture and “Yumeshizuku” Takino rice from Saga Prefecture, and the shop has a traditional, food-conscious flavor. The ramen, developed by the shop’s founder who wanted to create a unique Nagasaki ramen, is also a must-try.
