The character “炉(ro)” from 炉ばた(robata) is the sign of the restaurant “Hachiya,” where you can enjoy delicious and hearty dishes for a reasonable price. They serve simple dishes made with high-quality local ingredients, for example fresh fish from Nagasaki, meat such as Nagasaki beef, as well as vegetables purchased from contracted farmers in Shimabara.
