Colorful and cute Bite-sized Japanese sweets
Established in 1947 in Katsura. Three generations have devoted themselves to confectionery making since the first Mr. Hidenori Kanazawa, who was selected as the "Master Craftsman of Today." We offer a wide range of Kyoto confectioneries that emphasize not only taste but also color and originality. Fruit Kohaku-Kanoka is a Japanese sweet made by boiling five kinds of fruit, including strawberries and mangoes, in vegetable agar. The crispy texture on the outside and fluffy texture on the inside is addictive. Perfect for coffee or tea.
