A yakiniku restaurant where serves Japanese black beef of A5 rank or higher at a reasonable price. Kyoto style yakiniku, in which meat is marinated in sauce and eaten with Japanese broth, is a specialty.
The "Itsu" course that includes the signature thick sliced tongue with green onions. Both "Ren" and "Sachi" contain A5 Japanese black beef, so it is reasonable to order the course meal.
There are a variety of side dishes, including 1 piece of niku-zushi for 439 yen.
The thick sliced green onion tongue (439 yen for 1 piece) is a popular dish with plenty of Kujo green onions in the thick sliced tongue. The umami of the meat and the freshness of the green onion go well together.
