Vegan Green Curry Ramen 1,400 yen (left) with authentic spices and Vegan Pink Beetroot Ramen 1,400 (right) with the bright natural pink color of beets. Toppings for both include kikurage mushrooms, red onions, and charred green onions. The chashu pork is made from soy meat.
