Bursting with individuality! The Strange Clocks of the World
Chitora Izumo, the owner and wristwatch craftsman, pursues “a watch that you can't find anywhere else and that is fun to look at and wear. The store is filled with unique watches such as gas mask motifs, paper cutouts, Japanese-style paintings, and futuristic “kinetic” watches. The quality of the clocks is also confident because they are handmade one by one by craftsmen. Even brass is plated and coated to prevent corrosion, making it resistant to rust and allergies. Recently, the company launched the new “Sankaku” series of glasses. The frames, in the shape of a triangle, circle, and square, are as impressive as the watches!
The photo shows Sankaku (celluloid frame), priced at 22,000 yen. A variety of colors are available, including tortoiseshell and two-tone. If you want to have your glasses fitted, go to an optician.
