Opened in February 2025. Duck chashu pork cooked at low temperature is tender and juicy. The whole wheat noodles made from Hokkaido wheat blend into the soup and become milder as you eat them. Enjoy the change in taste.

It features a slightly sweet duck soup cooked only with duck and water. The duck is used as a topping, and duck oil is used as a finishing touch.
