Gastronomic experience with sukiyaki made with cotton candy

Savor sukiyaki prepared with premium Omi beef and branded pork for a shabu-shabu experience like no other. The sukiyaki, crowned with cotton candy, alongside exquisitely arranged appetizers and desserts, offers special touches that promise to leave a lasting impression. Four courses are available: 6,380 yen, 7,700 yen, 8,800 yen, and 13,200 yen. You can choose from sukiyaki or shabu-shabu as the main course.

  When the Warishita is added, the cotton candy slowly melts. The staff will tell you when it is ready to eat.

  Appetizers included in the 8,800 yen course. The eight dishes include Omi beef sushi and fu dengaku (wheat gluten dumplings) from Hanbeigafu, a long-established wheat bran shop in Kyoto. The arrangement is like a garden.
