Craft beer brewery. They pursue the best taste by using water from the Kizugawa River and handcrafting. Their most popular beer, Weizen, has a low bitterness and is recommended for beginners.

It is characterized by the brewing of beer reminiscent of sake brewing, such as heating it over an open fire so that it is easy to make fine adjustments.
A superb dish made with plenty of high-quality tea leaves from Minamiyamashiro.
A collaboration product with the coffee stand "Doors" in Kasagi-cho. The rich bitterness and aroma are irresistible.
