Enjoy authentic edomae sushi in "Omakase" style
Sushi Shin, which has its main restaurant in Nishiki Market, has opened its third restaurant. The evening omakase course, which includes nigiri sushi, appetizers, bowls, and other a la carte dishes, starts at 8,000 yen.
Nigiri platter featuring the day's best seafood, such as kiss, big fatty tuna, kohada, tiger prawns, and sea urchin.
Table seating is available behind the counter, and there is also a private room in the basement that is easy for families to use.
Daily appetizers included in the omakase course. Three dishes that are sure to be enjoyed with sake, such as sea urchin with Tosa vinegar jus, whelk and vinegared yolk.
After deftly preparing the rice, he brushes soy sauce on the rice to make it easier to eat for guests at the counter.
