This is the third branch of the A5 rank Wagyu sukiyaki specialty restaurant Hiroshige. In a renovated 180-year-old townhouse, customers can enjoy a sukiyaki course using A5- rank Japanese black beef. All seats are served with cooking service, based on the idea of "providing the best possible hospitality to guests visiting Kyoto.

  The specially selected sirloin, one of the highest quality parts of beef, has an exquisite balance of the umami of the meat and the sweetness of the fat. Enjoy it luxuriously with a large cut.

  A tatami room on the first floor overlooking the garden. The pure Japanese style space with an alcove and chigaidana gives you a sense of security as if you are back home.
