A new star restaurant opened in Gosho Minami. Bringing the taste of the family legacy to Kyoto.
When you pull the door of the entrance, the fresh aroma of cedar will waft over your nose. This is the Gosho Minami area, which has been particularly popular in recent years. Tetsu, the second generation of the family, learned buckwheat noodle making under his father, Tetsuya Oda, who started a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Miyazaki Prefecture. Tetsu chose this location because he wanted to preserve his mother's family home, which he inherited from his father. While following the charm and taste of traditional soba inherited from his father, he is opening up a new world of soba with his flexible ideas.
