Granola made with “natural” ingredients
A long-established company established in 1947 that produces rice flour for Japanese confectionery. The company, which also does business with famous Japanese confectionery stores in Kyoto, has developed a new line of granola that is gluten-free, additive-free, and sugar-free. The products made with local rice, amazake (sweet sake), dried fruits, and nuts from Tamba are already attracting attention, including being served for breakfast at a luxury hotel in Kyoto.
