You can eat a whole oversized eel.
Located along the Shirakawa River in Gion. The eel, the signature dish, is quickly grilled over charcoal, crispy on the outside and plump on the inside. Be sure to try the Kobe beef and eel collaboration dish served on
the terrace of the new Japanese garden.

Eight dishes using seasonal ingredients will be served, with a focus on comparing eels. Gorgeous looks are also attractive.
Shabu shabu with slightly sweet eel and seasonal Kyoto vegetables. The last rice porridge is also exquisite.
